In preparation for a change in membership statement formats, all EdFed members will receive a paper statement for savings, checking, and loan accounts for the January 2024 statement period. If you have an EdFed Rewards Visa Credit Card, you will receive a paper statement for both the December 2023 and January 2024 statement periods. Following these mailings, your statement delivery format will default to your current eDocument setting.
Members will not have immediate access to view January statements on EdFed 24/SEVEN while we work to complete an update to our eDocuments portal. All previous statements, including the December membership statement, are now accessible via EdFed 24/SEVEN.
Additionally, you will receive a duplicate 2023 tax statement by mail due to our migration to a new printing format.
