Understanding that COVID-19 has impacted each of us in vastly different ways, we have implemented the Member Assistance Program (MAP). This program offers a consultative approach based on the needs and circumstances of each member, including:

 1.  A no obligation, no-cost review of your current debts to evaluate payment relief options and discuss lending solutions customized to your specific needs.
 2.  A 30 or 60 day payment deferral on existing loans.
 3.  A 90-day payment deferral on all new qualifying loans.
 4.  An optional, personalized budget planning session with our partner GreenPath Financial Wellness to assist you in finding additional ways to increase household cash flow and reduce expenses.

Payment Deferrals
We will work with you to discuss options for payment deferrals. For assistance with your existing 1st mortgage, call 305-270-5256 and press #3 or call toll-free to 1-866-224-0133.

For all other loan types, including your Home Equity Loan or Line-of-Credit loan, please visit our Member Assistance Program page and complete the short form. A Credit Solutions Specialist will contact you within two business days. If you prefer, you may contact us at 305-270-5215.
