If you believe you have been contacted fraudulently or your personal information has been compromised, please immediately contact EdFed's Loss Prevention Team at 305-270-5252. | | • | Fraudsters could spoof telephone numbers on Caller ID to give the false appearance that the call is originating from a financial institution or any other individual/organization. When receiving calls, DO NOT assume these calls are legitimate or share your personal information if the caller solicits. | | • | Keep your EdFed 24/SEVEN password, account numbers, and card PINs confidential and secure. Please remember that EdFed representatives will NEVER ask you to provide your passwords (including one-time passcode) or PIN numbers to verify your identity. | | • | Stay informed on the latest scams targeting consumers by visiting the FTC website. The website provides valuable tools and resources to help protect yourself from fraud, as well as how to report suspected fraud to the Federal Trade Commission. |
