Dear Member,
We are committed to the health and safety of our members, employees and community. Rest assured we are taking every effort to best serve the needs of our members in a manner that promotes health and safety for all.
As you may be aware, some local financial institutions have already closed branches and reduced their operating hours. Currently, Educational Federal Credit Union is observing normal operating hours; however, we are evaluating the situation and may be forced to limit our services in the near future.
| As a reminder, the branches listed below are equipped with drive-up teller windows and are open from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Thursday; 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Friday; and 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday: |
In anticipation of reduced service hours, we recommend the following:
| • | Use surcharge-free ATMs at Publix and CO-OP Network locations. | | • | Ensure that your Credit Union Visa Debit and Credit cards are activated. | | • | If you have not, please register for Online Banking. Online Banking provides the opportunity to view statements, transfer funds, pay other members and apply for a loan or a credit card. | | • | If you do not have our free Mobile app, download it today. To use Mobile Banking, you must first be registered for Online Banking. Use the same ID and password that you use for Online Banking to login to your Mobile Banking. If you need assistance, call 305-270-5250. |
If you are in need of a loan, call our Lending Center at 305-273-LOAN (5626) or our Mortgage Department at 305-270-HOME (4663) to discuss how we may be of assistance.
As our preparations and plans continue to unfold, monitor our website and follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for updates and changes to our hours of operations. We realize these are extraordinary times, and we are all facing challenges that we never could have imagined; but rest assured, as your Credit Union, you can always count on us for support. Please be safe.
Kind regards,
Educational Federal Credit Union Team |
